# Wait, no 1-click setup?

Instant and 1-click setup feels good. But fast and working aren’t always the same thing.

Before we hand over your Nightscout, we will review your settings, sort out any of your questions, and test everything. Only then will we send your login credentials with a few tips to get you started. Personal, deliberate, done right.

You don’t get a Nightscout in 60 seconds. You get a Nightscout that actually works for you.

# Can it be even more CO₂-friendly?

Yes. But we’ve tried really hard, because optimising for performance and efficiency isn’t just good engineering, it’s how you actually lower your CO₂ impact. Let me explain.

A single Nightscout site generates significant network activity every month. We’re talking hundreds of thousands of requests and a few hundred megabytes of data. Every month. This relentless activity is a challenge. If done right, we can actually make a difference.

As with all challenges, the solution has to start somewhere. We started with 🤖 Google Cloud’s low CO₂ instances, located close to you so your data doesn’t travel further than it needs to. Then a snappy CDN in front, with cache rules carefully tweaked to minimise requests and data travelling.

# Alright, and what type of support do I get?

It’s personal. Just send an email whenever you need any support. We’ll help you with all sorts of Nightscout-related things. You might need to change a Nightscout setting? No problem. Get a copy of your data? Sure thing. Something just feels off? We’ll take a look!

You will have a direct support channel. This means there is no more troubleshooting and wasting hours for you; just send an email, and we’ll handle it.
